NeuroNote keeps patient health information inside your clinic's database. The technologist workspace shows only approved study plans and the minimum demographics needed to run a study, no chart, history, results, or report content.
Your actions are recorded in a tamper-evident audit log that stores who did what and when, by identifier only. It does not store patient names or clinical content, and that is what appears in your Activity Log.
